How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed via the website by visiting our shop page.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Any order cancelled must be completed prior to the item/s being shipped. In some cases we are unable to refund shipping if the shipping company refuses to cancel the booking. If there are any issues please contact us via email so we can help.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your parcel via the tracking details that have been provided. If you are unsure of your tracking details or have a query about a delayed delivery please contact us.

How Can I Return a Product?

All returns must be sent back in unused, new condition within 7-14 days of receiving. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping and upon return of the product will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Damage Item in Transit/Faulty Product?

We recommend that you do not accept any parcels that show any signs of visible damage. Whilst we take the upmost care in packaging your items, should you receive a parcel that is damaged please contact us immediately.

All items are inspected for quality and functionality upon manufacturing and again prior to shipping. Should you received a product that is faulty or incorrect fitment please contact us.
