Our 3/4" OD Heavy Duty Top Hat Blind Steel Bungs combine a deep closed-bottom design with a wide 1" flange, completely sealing off frames tubes, fuel tanks, and custom brackets from moisture, rust, and road grime.
Machined with a robust 3/4" (19.05mm) body outer diameter and a 1" (25.40mm) overall length, these bungs feature 1/8" shoulder flange. The generous 1" flange prevent the bung from falling through your mounting tab/ frame, or sheet metal during fit-up while spreading heavy vibration loads over a larger surface area.
